How do I change my password?

In order to change the password associated with your profile, just follow the steps below:

  • Go to www.carnival.com
  • Click on 'Login' at top center of page
  • Click on your name to access your profile then
  • Click on 'Change Password'
  • Make the necessary changes (address, email, password, etc.) and click on 'Update' at the bottom of the page to save the changes made  

Passwords must be between 6 and 12 characters. They may be alphanumeric, but cannot have blank spaces and/or punctuation marks. The passwords are case sensitive.

Please note: Our Online Support team does not have access to reset passwords, so this can only be done online.
