Passenger Bill of Rights

In May 2013, Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) introduced a Cruise Ship Passenger Bill of Rights.
Carnival Cruise Lines, along with other CLIA North American member cruise lines formally adopted the Cruise Industry Passenger Bill of Rights which details our industry’s commitment to the safety, comfort and care of our guests on oceangoing cruises throughout the world.
