Directions to PortMiami via the Port Miami Tunnel

From the North

  • Take I-95 South to eastbound I-395 (Miami Beach) ramp
  • Continue on I-395 East/MacArthur Causeway and the Port Miami Tunnel entrance is on your left
  • Follow signage to Cruise Terminals D/E

From the South

  • Take SR-826 North to SR-836 East
  • Head eastbound on SR-836 to I-395 East (Miami Beach)
  • Continue on I-395 East/MacArthur Causeway and the Port Miami Tunnel entrance is on your left
  • Follow signage to Cruise Terminals D/E

OR

  • Take I-95 North to eastbound I-395 (Miami Beach) ramp
  • Continue on I-395 East/MacArthur Causeway and the Port Miami Tunnel entrance is on your left
  • Follow signage to Cruise Terminals D/E

From Miami Beach

  • Take I-395/MacArthur Causeway westbound and exit on Biscayne Boulevard ramp 
  • Make a U-turn on North Bayshore Drive to enter eastbound MacArthur Causeway
  • Continue on I-395 East/MacArthur Causeway and the Port Miami Tunnel entrance is on your left
  • Follow signage to Cruise Terminals D/E

Directions to PortMiami via Downtown/Port Bridge

From the North

  • Take I-95 South and exit 3B-Bayside
  • Head south to Northeast 5th Street and turn left
  • Fifth Street will lead onto the PortMiami bridge
  • Continue over the bridge and follow signage to Cruise Terminals D/E

From the South

  • Take I-95 North and exit at Northwest 2nd Street
  • Head straight to NW 5th Street and make a right
  • Fifth Street will lead onto the PortMiami bridge
  • Continue over the bridge and follow signage to Cruise Terminals D/E

Parking Information

$20.00 per night (rates subject to change by the Port Authority)

  • All facilities are patrolled by security
  • Garage Parking / Parking Lot #2 (an open, outdoor lot)
  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash (USD), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or any major U.S Traveler’s Check. Debit Cards are not accepted. 
  • No advance reservations required
  • Designated disabled permit parking spaces are available in each garage
  • Spaces are available for oversized vehicles in Parking Lot #2 only, across from Cruise Terminal E. Vehicles longer than 20’ are charged an additional $20.00 per night.

For Disabled Persons

Miami-Dade County Ordinance requires all guests with a disabled parking permit or license tag to pay standard parking rates except as provided by Florida State Law. However, two hours of complimentary parking will be provided to vehicles displaying a disabled parking permit or license tag.

In accordance with Florida Statute 316.1964, ONLY vehicles with specialized equipment such as ramps, lifts, foot or hand controls, for use by a person with a disability, or any vehicle that is displaying the “DV” license plate issued under s. 320.084 or the Florida Toll Exemption permit, is exempt from parking charges.

Cell Phone Waiting Lots

Two cell phone waiting lots for automobile drivers picking up debarking cruise passengers are available across from Terminal B and Terminal 2 (north of the Seaman's Center).

Travel Time

From Miami International Airport - 8 miles and travel time is approximately 25 minutes

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport - 26 miles and travel time is approximately 45 minutes
