Nonperformance of Cruise Refund Policy

Published 02/22/2024 09:10 AM   |    Updated 02/23/2024 01:30 PM
If Carnival cancels your cruise, or delays your cruise for more than 3 calendar days, and you do not accept an alternative cruise or choose not to travel on a delayed cruise, you are entitled to a refund of your cruise fare paid and charges for accommodations, services and facilities (including port fees, taxes and other ancillary charges paid to the carrier in relation to your cruise) for the cancelled or delayed cruise.  In order to claim such a refund, on or before the 180th calendar day after the originally scheduled embarkation, please contact Carnival if you booked directly with Carnival or your travel advisor if you booked with a travel advisor. You may contact Carnival by phone at 1-800-764-7419. Please visit our Contact Us | Customer Service Team | Carnival Cruise Line page for details and operating hours.  Carnival will review the refund request and respond by email within 180 days of the date the claim is made. If Carnival finds that you are entitled to a refund, Carnival’s response may also include an offer of an alternative to a refund, such as a future cruise credit, and you will be free to choose either option.
