HURRICANE HELENE

September 27, 2024 | 9:00 AM (ET

Overnight, Hurricane Helene made landfall in northern Florida and our Fleet Operations Center in Miami continues to actively monitor the situation. The safety of our guests and crew remains our priority and our ships are sailing a safe distance from the storm. The following homeports and itineraries are currently being monitored: 

JACKSONVILLE – The port is currently closed.     

  • Carnival Elation 09/21/2024 – The ship is currently sailing a safe distance from the storm but is in position to proceed into Jacksonville when clearance is received, once the port reopens and a post-storm assessment is completed. We are very tentatively anticipating sometime Friday, September 27, possibly Saturday, September 28.  

  • Carnival Elation 09/26/2024 – This voyage is delayed. We will have more details about our operational plans and options as soon as more information becomes available. To stay up to date, please sign up for text alerts by texting CCL1 to CRUISE (278473).

TAMPA – The port is currently closed.    

  • Carnival Paradise 09/21/2024 – The ship is currently sailing a safe distance from the storm but is in position to sail back to Tampa when clearance is received, once the port reopens and a post-storm assessment is completed. We are very tentatively anticipating sometime Saturday, September 28.  

  • Carnival Paradise 09/26/2024 – This voyage is delayed. We will have more details about our operational plans and options as soon as more information becomes available. To stay up to date, please sign up for text alerts by texting CCL2 to CRUISE (278473).

PORT CANAVERAL – The port is currently closed.    

  • Carnival Glory 09/23/2024 – The ship is currently sailing a safe distance from the storm but is in position to proceed into Port Canaveral when clearance is received, once the port reopens and a post-storm assessment is completed. We are anticipating sometime this afternoon, Friday, September 27. 

  • Carnival Glory 09/27/2024 – This voyage is expected to depart today, Friday, September 27, with revised embarkation plans. MIAMI – The port is currently open.

  • Carnival Horizon 09/22/2024 – The ship is sailing on a 6-day voyage and is set to return to Miami, Saturday, September 28.   
  • Carnival Sunrise 09/26/2024 – The ship departed Port Miami earlier this morning, Friday, September 27. It will operate its planned itinerary.
