When sending a Bank Wire Transfer, the following information must be included:

• Booking number
• Cruise ship and sail date
• Stateroom number
• Guest’s first and last names

Carnival does not not accept check payments for bookings made in non-USD currency; therefore, travel agencies and direct guests may send in payment via Bank Wire Transfer. Bank details are listed below for currency payment in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD and NZD. 

Refunds:  Refunds will be returned in the form of a check.

Important Note: Advise the caller that once the Bank Wire Transfer is sent, they must email Revenue Accounting at DL-CASH_APPS@CARNIVAL.COM with remittance information so that the payment can be properly applied once received by Carnival. A bank wire can take anywhere from 4 to 48 hours to post to Carnival’s bank account.
