Transfers can be pre-purchased through Carnival up to 2 days prior to the sail date.

Important Note: We do not offer transportation from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the cruise terminal in Vancouver – AND – we do not offer transportation from the cruise terminal in Vancouver to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport


Flight Guidelines
This service is available on the day of embarkation and immediately following debarkation only.

Roundtrip Seattle
Carnival Legend: 5/15/18-8/28/18; 5/06/19-9/03/19 (departure time: 4:00pm)

  • Arrival flight into SEA must be no later than 1:10pm
  • Return flight out of SEA must be no earlier than 11:45am

Roundtrip Vancouver
Carnival Legend: 9/17/19 (departure time: 4:00pm)

  • Arrival flight into YVR must be no later than 2:00pm
  • Return flight out of YVR must be no earlier than 11:00am

Seattle to Vancouver
Carnival Legend: 9/05/18; 9/10/19 (departure time; 4:00pm)

  • Arrival flight into SEA must be no later than 1:10pm
  • Return flight out of YVR must be no earlier than 11:00am

Vancouver to Honolulu
Carnival Legend: 9/13/18 (departure time: 5:00pm)

  • Arrival flight into YVR must be no later than 2:00pm
  • Return flight out of HNL must be no earlier than 11:00am 

Vancouver to Seattle
Carnival Legend: 4/29/19 (departure time: 4:00pm)

Honolulu to Vancouver
Carnival Legend: 4/20/18 (boarding on 4/20/18: 12:30pm-6:00pm; departure time: 6:00pm, the following day)

  • Arrival flight into HNL must be no later than 3:00pm (on 4/20/18) 
  • Return flight out of  YVR must be no earlier than 11:00am

Honolulu to Vancouver
Carnival Legend: 4/19/19 (boarding time: 1:00pm-6:00pm; departure time: 11:00pm)

Day of Embarkation: Meet and Greet Service / Motor Coach Service / Purchase of Transfers

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

  • After collecting luggage, guests should proceed to baggage claim #8 or #14. Once there, a representative will escort guests to the pier transportation.
  • Guests who arrive prior to the sail date must return to the airport no later than 10:00am on the day of sailing to meet with a representative at baggage claim #8 or #14.
  • Transportation service start and end times are subject to change based on reported flight details on the manifest. Service is provided between 10:00am and 2:00pm on the day of embarkation only. Motor coaches depart the airport once an adequate number of guests have arrived, approximately every 20-30 minutes.
  • Transportation Provider: Transportation will be provided by Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services. Should guests have questions regarding transfer service, they can be reached at the following contact number on the day of sailing only: 206-793-9363. 
  • One way transfers can be purchased at the airport while our Meet & Greet staff is onsite. The airport is staffed based on known flights reported on the manifest. Once all known flights are met, staff is released and service is no longer available. Cash payment is not accepted; transfers are charged directly to the guest’s Sail & Sign Account. Note: We do not offer transportation from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the cruise terminal in Vancouver.

Vancouver International Airport

  • After collecting luggage, guests arriving on domestic flights from Canada should locate the representative at the baggage claim area who will escort the guests to the pier transportation. Guests arriving on International flights (including the U.S), should locate the representative after exiting Canadian Customs area.
  • Guests who arrive prior to the sail date must return to the airport no later than 11:00am on the day of sailing to meet with a representative at the International arrivals busy bay area. 
  • Transportation service start and end times are subject to change based on reported flight details on the manifest. Service is provided between 10:30am and 2:00pm on the day of embarkation only. Motor coaches depart the airport once an adequate number of guests have arrived, approximately every 20-30 minutes.
  • Transportation Provider: Transportation will be provided by Destinations North America. Should guests have questions regarding transfer service, they can be reached at the following contact number on the day of sailing only: 604-641-1221 between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm or 604-561-0750 after hours.
  • One way transfers can be purchased at the airport while our Meet & Greet staff is onsite. The airport is staffed based on known flights reported on the manifest. Once all known flights are met, staff is released and service is no longer available. Cash payment is not accepted; transfers are charged directly to the guest’s Sail & Sign Account.

Honolulu International Airport

  • After collecting luggage, guests should locate the representative at the baggage claim area who will escort the guests to the pier transportation.
  • Guests who arrive prior to the sail date must return to the airport no later than (tba) on the day of sailing to meet with a representative at (tba).
  • Transportation 
  • service start and end times are subject to change based on reported flight details on the manifest. Service is provided between 9:00am and 3:00pm on the day of embarkation only. Motor coaches depart the airport once an adequate number of guests have arrived, approximately every 20-30 minutes.
  • Transportation Provider: For those guests who have pre-purchased transfers, the transportation company and telephone number is printed in the guest's e-docs. Refer the guest to this telephone number if they are not able to locate a Carnival Rep.
  • One way transfers can be purchased at the airport while our Meet & Greet staff is onsite. The airport is staffed based on known flights reported on the manifest. Once all known flights are met, staff is released and service is no longer available. Cash payment is not accepted; transfers are charged directly to the guest's Sail & Sign Account.


Day of Debarkation: Purchase of Transfers / Motor Coach Service

Smith Cove Cruise Terminal (Seattle)

  • One way transfers to the airport can be purchased on board at the Guest Services Desk for guests who did not previously purchase the transfers. In addition, if not pre-purchased prior to the last day of the cruise, guests can purchase return transfers, curbside (credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment) and may be subject to higher prices.
  • Transportation service begins at approximately 8:00am; motor coaches will not leave the cruise terminal until an adequate number of guests are on board, approximately every 20 to 30 minutes.

Canada Place Terminal (Vancouver)

  • One way transfers to the airport can be purchased on board at the Guest Services Desk for guests who did not previously purchase the transfers. Note: We do not offer transfers from the cruise terminal in Vancouver to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
  • Transportation service begins at approximately 8:30am; motor coaches will not leave the cruise terminal until an adequate number of guests are on board, approximately every 20 to 30 minutes.

Honolulu Harbor (Honolulu)

  • One way transfers to the airport can be purchased on board at the Guest Services Desk for guests who did not previously purchase the transfers.
  • Transportation service begins at approximately 8:30am; motor coaches will not leave the cruise terminal until an adequate number of guests are on board, approximately every 20 to 30 minutes.


Airport to Port Distance
:  Seattle-Tacoma Airport is 17 miles from the port and travel times is approximately 29 minutes (without traffic). Vancouver International Airport is 10 miles from the port and travel times is approximately 35 minutes (without traffic). Honolulu International Airport is 4.6 miles from the port and travel times is approximately 11 minutes (without traffic).
