Transfers can be pre-purchased through Carnival up to 5 days prior to the sail date:

Seattle International - SEA

Vancouver International Airport - YVR

Note: We do not offer transfers from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the cruise terminal in Vancouver – AND – we do not offer transfers from the cruise terminal in Vancouver to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Day of Embarkation: Meet and Greet Service / Motor Coach Service / Purchase of Transfers

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

  • Guests arriving at the airport that have pre-purchased transfers with Carnival are to proceed to the baggage claim area, claim their luggage and proceed to Door #00 in the baggage claim area (just past baggage carousel #1) where a Carnival Rep will be located and able to assist guests with their transfer – look for the large red Carnival sign.
  • Transfer service start and end time are subject to change based on reported flight details on the transfer manifest.  Service is provided between 10:00am and 2:00pm on the day of embarkation only. Motor coaches depart the airport once an adequate number of guests have arrived, approximately every 20-30 minutes. Seattle-Tacoma Airport is 17 miles from the port and travel times is approximately 29 minutes (without traffic).  
  • Transfer Provider: For those guests who have pre-purchased transfers, the Transfer company and telephone number is printed in the guest’s e-docs. Refer the guest to this telephone number if they are not able to locate a Carnival Rep.
  • One way transfers can be purchased at the airport while our Meet & Greet staff is onsite. The airport is staffed based on known flights reported on the transfer manifest. Once all known flights are met, staff is released and service is no longer available. The Carnival Rep will be located in the baggage claim area. Cash payment is not accepted; the transfers are charged directly to the guest’s Sail & Sign Account. Note: We do not offer transfers from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the cruise terminal in Vancouver.
  • Guests who plan to use our transfer service on embarkation day but arrive independently day(s) prior to the cruise should arrive at the airport no later than 10:00am on embarkation day. Location: Baggage Claim #00.

Vancouver International Airport

  • Guests arriving at the airport that have pre-purchased transfers with Carnival are to proceed to the baggage claim area and claim their luggage:
    • Guests arriving domestically (from a Canadian city) will be met by a Carnival Rep (carrying a CCL hand-held sign for visibility) in the baggage claim area to assist guests with their transfer.
    • Guests arriving internationally (including from the United States), will be met just outside the baggage claim area after clearing customs.
  • Transfer service start and end time are subject to change based on reported flight details on the transfer manifest.  Service is provided between 10:30am and 2:45pm on the day of embarkation only. Motor coaches depart the airport once an adequate number of guests have arrived, approximately every 20-30 minutes. Vancouver International Airport is 10 miles from the port and travel times is approximately 35 minutes (without traffic).  
  • Transfer Provider: For those guests who have pre-purchased transfers, the Transfer company and telephone number is printed in the guest’s e-docs. Refer the guest to this telephone number if they are not able to locate a Carnival Rep.
  • One way transfers can be purchased at the airport while our Meet & Greet staff is onsite. The airport is staffed based on known flights reported on the transfer manifest. Once all known flights are met, staff is released and service is no longer available. The Carnival Rep will be located at the International/Domestic Arrivals area. Cash payment is not accepted; the transfers are charged directly to the guest’s Sail & Sign Account.
  • Guests who plan to use our transfer service on embarkation day but arrive independently day(s) prior to the cruise should arrive at the airport no later than 11:00am on embarkation day. Location: International Arrivals, Bus Bay area.

Honolulu International Airport

  • Guests arriving at the airport that have pre-purchased transfers with Carnival are to proceed to the baggage claim area and claim their luggage:
    • Domestic flights: A Carnival representative will meet the guest at the arrival gate or in baggage claim area
    • International flights:  A Carnival representative will meet the guest immediately after exiting Customs
    • If a guest is unable to locate a Carnival representative, please proceed to the Visitor Information Booth located in the baggage claim area, to have them paged
  • Transfer service start and end time are subject to change based on reported flight details on the transfer manifest.  Service is provided between 9:00am and 4:00pm on the day of embarkation only. Motor coaches depart the airport once an adequate number of guests have arrived, approximately every 20-30 minutes. Honolulu International Airport is 4.6 miles from the port and travel times is approximately 11 minutes (without traffic).  
  • Transfer Provider: For those guests who have pre-purchased transfers, the Transfer company and telephone number is printed in the guest's e-docs. Refer the guest to this telephone number if they are not able to locate a Carnival Rep.
  • One way transfers can be purchased at the airport while our Meet & Greet staff is onsite. The airport is staffed based on known flights reported on the transfer manifest. Once all known flights are met, staff is released and service is no longer available. The Carnival Rep will be located in the baggage claim area. Cash payment is not accepted; the transfers are charged directly to the guest's Sail & Sign Account.
  • Guests who plan to use our transfer service on embarkation day but arrive independently day(s) prior to the cruise should arrive at the airport no later than 12:00pm on embarkation day. Location: Baggage Claim 'G'.

Day of Debarkation: Purchase of Transfers / Motor Coach Service

Smith Cove Cruise Terminal (Seattle)

  • One-way transfers to the airport can be purchased on board at the Guest Services Desk for guests who did not previously purchase the transfers. In addition, if not pre-purchased prior to the last day of the cruise, guests can purchase return transfers, curbside (credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment) and may be subject to higher prices.
  • Transfer service begins at approximately 8:00am; motor coaches will not leave the cruise terminal until an adequate number of guests are on board, approximately every 20 to 30 minutes.

Canada Place Terminal (Vancouver)

  • One-way transfers to the airport can be purchased on board at the Guest Services Desk for guests who did not previously purchase the transfers. Important Note: We do not offer transfers from the cruise terminal in Vancouver to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
  • Transfer service begins at approximately 8:30am; motor coaches will not leave the cruise terminal until an adequate number of guests are on board, approximately every 20 to 30 minutes.

Honolulu Harbor (Honolulu)

  • One-way transfers to the airport can be purchased on board at the Guest Services Desk for guests who did not previously purchase the transfers.
  • Transfer service begins at approximately 8:30am; motor coaches will not leave the cruise terminal until an adequate number of guests are on board, approximately every 20 to 30 minutes.
