Cruise Cancellation and Itinerary Change Policy

If it is necessary to cancel any or multiple ports, we will do our best to find alternative destinations. However, if we are unsuccessful in doing so, there will be no compensation for missed ports, beyond a refund of any pre-purchased Carnival shore excursions and the taxes, fees and port expenses paid for the cancelled port.

If we are able to secure a replacement port, guests will receive a refund if there is any overage between the taxes, fees and port expenses of the cancelled and the replacement port. Should there be additional sea days, our entertainment team will be ready to make your time on board fun and memorable.

This policy can also be found in Section 8 of your Cruise Ticket Contract.
