Please Note: Effective 9/14/21, we will not be accepting any new reservations for weddings or renewal of vows until further notice. Our goal is to ensure we can continue to deliver that exceptional value and experience we have always provided. Once we know that our packages can be executed, we will resume, but at this time we do not have a restart date. Anyone that has an existing package and wishes to cancel will be offered a full refund for the package and the cruise.

To book a wedding package, please note the following information.

Carnival’s Wedding Department can be contacted 9:00am-5:30pm ET, Monday through Friday at 800 933-4968 or 305-599-2600 (extension 74968).

  • The wedding couple will contact Carnival's Wedding Department for general information and pricing.
  • Guests will need to check availability for the wedding package prior to booking a cruise; only the Wedding Department can confirm the wedding date, time and location.
  • Once guests have checked availability for a specified date, they will need to book a cruise.
  • Once the cruise reservation has been made, the guests will need to contact the Wedding Department immediately and no later than 60 business days prior to the sail date to book the wedding package.
  • The wedding package must be paid in full at the time of booking with a credit card; a portion of the price is a non-refundable deposit.
  • Please note that personal checks and Carnival Gift Cards cannot be used as a form of payment toward the wedding package.
  • We strongly recommend that the bridal party arrive at least one day prior to the cruise departure to avoid late flights, traffic, etc. on their wedding day. Coming in the day prior is not a requirement for the wedding package, only a suggestion.
  • Travel arrangements such as flight times and transportation to the pier from the airport and/or hotel are not arranged by the Wedding Department.
