Sail & Sign Account Post Cruise Inquiries

On the final morning of the cruise, a statement detailing all purchases made with the guest's Sail & Sign card will be delivered to the guest's stateroom. In our ongoing green efforts, the following ships will no longer deliver statements to the staterooms: Carnival Glory and Carnival Magic; guests can view their statements at a Sail & Sign kiosk, at Guest Services or on their stateroom interactive television.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our Guest Care call center is closed. For any Sail & Sign inquiries that require assistance, please send a detailed email to guestcare@carnival.com and include pertinent cruise information (guest name, ship, cruise departure date, booking number, stateroom number):
