Wheelchair assistance is available for embarkation and debarkation in home ports only.

Guests with disabilities requiring embarkation assistance should contact an embarkation representative when they arrive at the cruise terminal.  Representatives and signage will direct guests in need of embarkation assistance (and their traveling companions) to a designated area for check-in to obtain assistance up the gangway and onto the ship. Where permissible, this assistance includes push assistance for a wheelchair or help with carry-on luggage.

Guests with disabilities have the option of disembarking from the same zone as other guests departing at the same time.  Alternatively, they and their traveling companions, may proceed to a designated waiting location to receive wheelchair push assistance down the gangway and to the luggage hall area.  Guests in this waiting area will disembark according to their assigned time zone.
