Wheelchair assistance is available for embarkation and debarkation in home ports only. Wheelchair assistance is not available when visiting ports of call.

All guests that require assistance must enter the embarkation lobby where an embarkation representative can assist you. You will be served on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Carnival Cruise Lines does not offer curbside assistance for embarking and debarking the ship.

If you are traveling with your own wheelchair and will not be traveling with someone to assist your onboard, please contact an embarkation representative for push assistance.

For assistance with debarkation, instructions on where to meet can be found in the ‘Fun Times’ the last evening of the cruise.
