Parking Information
$20.00 USD per day

  • The Erato Street Parking Garage is located on top of the terminal. The entrance is a circular ramp that you will see as you approach the building
  • Parking garage has 1000 parking spaces and is located on floors 3 through 6 of the terminal building
  • Full payment due upon entering the garage. You must have your cruise tickets available
  • On the first floor of the garage (3rd floor of the terminal building), you will be directed  to the offloading area. SeaCaps will take your checked luggage and deliver them to the ship
  • After parking, take the elevator to the second floor check-in and waiting area
  • Accepted forms of payment: U.S Dollars and Credit Cards
  • The garage is secure, lighted and patrolled
  • Handicap Parking available with proof of valid permit
  • Advance reservations are not required
  • Maximum height is 8'4" on 3rd floor and 7'6" on higher floors and maximum 22 feet in length

Parking Information for Oversized Vehicles, RVs and Buses
$40.00 USD per day
Rates subject to change by the Port Authority

  • Oversized vehicles or those that take up more than one space may use the Convention Center's "K" Lot, which is located on Henderson Street, two blocks from the terminal. Use the same driving directions to offload all luggage and passengers at the Erato Street Cruise Terminal.
  • A shuttle is available back to the Erato Street Cruise Terminal

From Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport - 17.3 miles and travel time is approximately 26 minutes
